FireFlyz History

The Past...

The FireFlyz have been performing as a group since April 2004, but various members have been performing independently since 1994. Our first performance was an un-choreographed piece (free-spinning) for the NSPCC at a charity ball, in Tutbury castle.

After that we have slowly evolved more synchronized performances as well as improving our individual skills and picking up more kit. During the last few years we have worked with a variety of brilliant artists and performers, trading knowledge and skills. We will be happy to recommend additional acts for your event. The Future...

At the moment we are looking forward to doing more collaborations with other artists and also putting together our own percussion section for live music while we perform. We are also looking towards learning new skills which is a part of our ongoing training.
